Gaurav Dixit is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the F & B Manager at Cambay Hotel within Neesa Group since September 2012. Gaurav has a strong background in hospitality operations, catering management, and client relationship building, along with expertise in business development and people management. Previous roles include Food & Beverage Manager at India Group Hotel and Restaurant Manager at Bombay Shiv Sagar and Sugar n Spice Restaurant Chain. Gaurav's career also includes positions as Assistant Restaurant Manager at Clarks Group of Hotels, Shift Manager at Subway, and Captain at Le Meridien Vilnius and ITC Hotels.
