Luke Miller

Luke Miller is a seasoned professional in environmental policy and energy efficiency, currently serving as a Senior Associate in Policy at Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships (NEEP) since July 2023. In this role, Luke conducts research and analysis to support equitable decarbonization policies and tracks state-level climate initiatives. Prior to NEEP, Luke worked as a Community Resilience Coordinator at the IU Environmental Resilience Institute, developing climate action plans for local municipalities, and served as an Environmental Policy Intern at the Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation, focusing on legislative tracking and public education regarding environmental issues. With extensive experience in institutional foreign exchange sales at J.P. Morgan, including roles as a Sales Associate and Summer Analyst, Luke combines strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in public administration, holding a Master of Public Administration in Environmental Policy from the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Northwestern University.
