Jennifer Marrapese, JD, MA, is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in organizational management and program development. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Programs and Strategy at Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships since July 2022, Jennifer oversees strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagement. Previously, as Chief of People, Culture, and Communication at Petersen Engineering Inc, significant growth was achieved, increasing the workforce from 20 to 36 employees. Jennifer also held various leadership roles, including Executive Director at both the Northeast Sustainable Energy Association and Social Venture Partners Rhode Island, focusing on operational excellence and strategic planning. With a robust academic background, including a JD from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MA in Organizational Management from Fielding Graduate University, Jennifer brings a strong foundation in law and nonprofit management to their work.
