Tim Hofacker has over four decades of experience in maintenance and operations within the paper industry, currently serving as a Maintenance Planner at Neenah since January 2018 and as a Maintenance Supervisor at Midwest Paper Group since September 1981. Tim's extensive roles at Appleton Coated LLC include Maintenance Supervisor, Vibration Tech Level 1, Maintenance Planner/Supervisor, Class A Millwright Journeyman, and Spare Production Supervisor, contributing to a broad skill set in maintenance and technical operations. Tim completed education at Fox Valley Technical College from 1997 to 2001 and graduated from Freedom High School in 1979.
