Valerie Hagen, NCC, is an experienced elementary school counselor currently serving at Neenah Joint School District since August 2018. Prior to this role, Valerie worked as a school counselor for Boys & Girls Clubs of America and as a long-term substitute counselor at Fond du Lac School District. Valerie's background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Hispanic Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, respectively. Valerie also holds a Master of Science in Education in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, completed in 2018. Additionally, Valerie served as an AmeriCorps Member with City Year from August 2012 to June 2013.
