Margaret Burton is an accomplished music professional with extensive experience in piano teaching and performance. Since February 2016, Margaret has owned and operated The Burton Piano Studio, offering lessons to students of all ages, both online and in-person. Margaret has also worked as a freelance pianist and accompanist for various venues, performing notable pieces such as Rachmaninoff's Prelude in G minor at the Wednesday Musicale Concert. In addition to solo performances, Margaret serves as a jazz pianist for the Big Band Reunion, a prominent ensemble featuring accomplished musicians, and has contributed as an accompanist for the Neenah Joint School District's spring Solo-Ensemble season. Past roles include pianist for The Swingtime Big Band and Director of Audience Development for the American Heartland Theatre. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City Conservatory of Music and has been actively involved in music since high school.
