Redouan Afrir has a diverse work experience in various roles within the logistics and retail industry. Redouan started their career at PLUS Retail as a Teamleider from an unspecified start date until 2012. Then, they worked as an Accountmanager at TOP Teamwork Uitzendbureau from February 2012 to October 2013. Afrir then joined Kuehne + Nagel, where they held multiple roles, including Medewerker Procesbureau from October 2013 to February 2015, Teamleider Warehouse from February 2015 to October 2016, and Supervisor Warehouse | Project lead Continuous Improvement from October 2016 to January 2019. Redouan currently works at Neele-Vat Logistics, where they have held positions such as Warehouse Supervisor in January 2019, Operations Manager from April 2019 to March 2021, Warehouse Manager from April 2021 to July 2022, and currently serving as the Manager Warehouse Operations starting from July 2022.

Redouan Afrir has a diverse education history in the field of supply chain management and logistics. Redouan obtained a degree in HBO in Supply Chain Management from NHA Distance Learning in Panningen, Holland. Additionally, they completed a logistics supervisor program at Kuehne Nagel Returns Academy. Furthermore, they pursued their education at Zadkine, where they obtained a degree in Mbo niveau 4 in Juridisch dienstverlening Personeel & Arbeid. Redouan also completed their Havo degree in Economie en Maatschappijwetenschappen from Melanchthon College.

In addition to their educational background, Redouan has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. These include "Vakbekwaam behandeling gevaarlijke stoffen" from Special Cargo Services in March 2020, "Greenbelt, Lean Six Sigma" from Kuehne + Nagel in 2018, "Yellowbelt, Lean six sigma" from Kuehne + Nagel in June 2016, and "Whitebelt, Lean six sigma" from Kuehne + Nagel in June 2014. Redouan has also received certification as a BHV ploegleider from Quinton BHV and completed training in Heftruck / Reachtruck from BLOM Opleidingen.
