Jamie Van Esch has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. From 2013 onwards, Jamie worked at Neele-Vat Logistics, starting as an intern in the warehousing department and later gaining experience in air freight and ocean freight internships. Jamie then progressed to the role of Accountmanager, responsible for managing accounts and building relationships. Eventually, Jamie became a Team Leader for Accountmanagement and, most recently, an Operations Manager at Neele-Vat Logistics. In 2017, Jamie also briefly worked at Mainport Warehousing & Forwarding B.V., undertaking various roles.

Jamie Van Esch completed their education in two stages. They first attended Maerlant College Brielle from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a VMBO TL degree. Following this, they pursued further education at Scheepvaart en Transportcollege Rotterdam from 2012 to 2016. They completed the MBO Niveau 4 degree program in Manager Havenlogistiek during their time at this institution.
