Phillip Guin is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and land surveying. Currently serving as Senior Engineer Manager at Neel-Schaffer, Inc. since November 2014, Phillip has previously held significant leadership roles as Vice President at Almon Associates, Inc. from August 2002 to November 2014 and at Gary L. Owen and Associates, Inc. from August 1997 to August 2002. Phillip's career began at Almon Associates, Inc. as an Associate from March 1983 to August 1997. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama.
