Orlando J Carlo is an experienced Project Manager with a robust background in civil engineering. Currently employed at Neel-Schaffer, Inc. since May 2021, Orlando previously held the same title at Volkert, Inc. from January 2013 to May 2021, specializing in construction engineering and inspection (CE&I).
