Matt Keeney is a seasoned structural engineer with extensive experience spanning over two decades in civil and structural design. Currently employed at Neel-Schaffer, Inc. as a Structural Engineer since March 2017, Matt has a solid background in various sectors including industrial facilities, nuclear power generation, and commercial properties.
