Gary Enna is an experienced professional in public works and project management, currently serving as the Dallas Office Manager and Senior Project Manager at Neel-Schaffer, Inc. since May 2022. Previously, Gary held multiple leadership roles at the City of Rowlett from December 2016 to April 2022, including Director of Public Works and Interim Director of Public Works. Prior to that, Gary worked as the Assistant Director of Public Works for Collin County from August 2005 to December 2016. Gary's career began in the printing industry at Blanks Printing & Imaging, where responsibilities included scanner operations, customer service supervision, and sales from January 1990 to August 2005. Gary holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Texas.
