Karyn Brown-Carey is an experienced Physical Therapist with over 20 years in adult day services. Since April 2012, Karyn has been part of Incompass Human Services and has also been serving at the NEEDS Center and May Institute since 2017 and 2009, respectively. Karyn specializes in developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with clinical teams, conducting initial and re-evaluations, training staff on safe practices, and creating sensory integration plans. Previous roles include work at Bridgewell, Boston Medical Evaluations, and McGovern Physical Therapy Associates, where Karyn focused on independent medical examinations, treatment plan development, and patient care oversight. Karyn holds a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Simmons College and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Simmons University.
