Katie Wood, CAMS, currently serves as the Bank Officer and BSA/Fraud Team Leader of Quality Control at Needham Bank since March 2022. In this role, Katie supervises a team of analysts overseeing daily Currency Transaction Report (CTR) filings, alert mitigation, case investigations, and Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) reporting, in addition to conducting quality control reviews. Prior to this position, Katie worked at bankESB from September 2015 to March 2022, where roles included BSA Specialist, Assistant Branch Manager, Retail Supervisor, and Senior Teller. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from American International College, obtained in 2012.
