Andrew Rafter began their career as a Sales Manager at Lee Imported Cars in July 1997. Andrew then transitioned to Needham Bank in December 2007, where they currently hold the position of Vice President Commercial Lending.

Andrew Rafter completed their Bachelor of Science in Sport Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1992 to 1997. Andrew then pursued further education at the New England School of Financial Studies, graduating in 2010. In 2011, they attended the SW Graduate School of Banking, specializing in ABA National Commercial Lending School.
