Jay Naidoo is currently serving as the Business Intelligence Manager at Nedgroup Investments since December 2022. Previously, Naidoo held the position of Development Manager for Business Intelligence Solutions at Santam Insurance from January 2007 to November 2022, where significant contributions included leading the BI Renewal Cloud Data Transition and implementing the Guidewire Datahub and InfoCenter. Naidoo's career also includes experience as a Business Analyst at Woolworths focusing on the Foods business, an Analyst at Computer Sciences Corporation performing various analysis and software development roles, and a Systems Developer at Absa working on the interest and charges system. Naidoo's academic credentials include an MPhil in Futures Studies and a BComm Honours in Information Systems from Stellenbosch University and the University of Cape Town, respectively, along with other relevant qualifications in management and computer science.
