Birgit van Groenestijn is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in interim HR management and project management, currently serving as the owner and HR Business Partner at HRTransparant since August 2015. Specializations include team development, organizational restructuring, HR professionalization, change management, employee participation, management of dismissal processes, and compensation and benefits.
