Paul Gruijthuijsen is the owner of Increso - Event Industry Solutions, an organization with over 20 years of expertise in the events, meetings, and congress industry, active since March 2011. In addition to leading Increso, Paul serves as Sponsorship Manager for the OVN Congres 2025, Event Consultant for the FEMS 2025 Exhibition & Congress in Milan, and Sponsor & Exhibition Manager for the ESDE 2025 conference. Other roles include managing sponsorships for various healthcare associations, including the Dutch Society for Rheumatology and the European Society for Vascular Surgery. Paul holds a Bachelor in Translation from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences and has a background in event design and project management for Sanofi.
