Susanne Bergwerff-Verburg is currently serving as a bestuurslid at Platform Klimaat en Erfgoed since November 2022. Since February 2018, Susanne has held the position of Coördinator Kennisontwikkeling at the Kenniscentrum Immaterieel Erfgoed Nederland, along with a previous role as a scientific staff member at the same center. As the owner of Verburg - Onderzoek en Redactiebureau since December 2017, Susanne has also contributed to Erfgoed Jong as a steering group member from January 2019 to October 2023. Earlier experiences include a role as a redactie-assistent at Blink and positions in study advice and internships at Universiteit Utrecht and various museums, including Nederlands Openluchtmuseum and Museum Catharijneconvent. Susanne pursued higher education at Utrecht University, focusing on bestuurs- en organisatiewetenschap while completing a minor, and has a foundational education from Christiaan Huygens College Eindhoven.
