Thabang Mnguni is an experienced learning design and development specialist currently working at Nedbank since September 2013. Thabang's expertise includes translating business strategies into impactful learning solutions, collaborating with subject matter experts, and implementing various learning experiences. Thabang has progressed through multiple roles at Nedbank, beginning as a Digital Content Developer and advancing to Team Leader, where responsibilities include managing a team of eLearning Developers and overseeing extensive learning and development projects. Prior experience includes web development at The Marketing Hub and data capturing for Statistics South Africa. Thabang holds a National Diploma in Web and Applications Development from Tshwane University of Technology and a Higher Certification in Management with a focus on Project Management from Henley Business School.
