Justice Leboea has over nine years of experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as a Team Leader in Legal at Nedbank since September 2014, where responsibilities include managing EDCs and attorneys for the recovery of shortfall homeloans written off. Previously, Justice held the position of Shortfall Recoveries Officer in Specialized Collections at Nedbank and briefly worked as a 3rd Party Payment Administrator in June 2013. Justice Leboea holds a paralegal degree from Tshwane University of Technology, obtained between 2007 and 2009.
