Erika Aguilar has a robust background in team development and retail management. Currently serving as the Head of Retail and Director of Team Development at Nectar Bath Treats since May 2016, Erika leads and trains a team of associates with a focus on personal development. Prior to this role, Erika worked as the Associate Director at After School All Stars Las Vegas from February 2000 to January 2016, further honing leadership and organizational skills within a dynamic environment.
