Steve Flaherty has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Steve is currently the CEO & Founder of necoTech USA, a company focused on sustainable infrastructure and eco-friendly building materials solutions. Prior to founding necoTech USA, Steve was the CEO & Founder of necoPlastics, a startup dedicated to reducing plastic waste and creating circular economies. Steve also co-founded Yumii Kettle Corn Company, which has grown into a popular provider of kettle corn for festivals and events in Ohio. Steve has also worked as a Territory Sales Manager at United Systems & Software, Inc., a Trustee at Berlin Township, and the CEO of ChengYou, a company offering products that use Chinese idiomatic wisdom. Steve has sales experience from their roles as an Outside Sales representative at Ferguson Enterprises and a Regional Sales Manager at Datamatic. Steve also has previous experience as an IT Specialist and Accounts Payable Auditor at Safelite.

Steve Flaherty completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Miami University in the years 2002 to 2006. Later, they pursued their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Louisville from 2007 to 2009, specializing in the Entrepreneurship program within the IMBA (International Master of Business Administration).
