Vanessa Valdivieso Enriquez is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment and project management across various organizations. Currently serving as an HR Generalist at Grupo Necomplus since January 2022, Vanessa specializes in IT profile recruitment for Spain and LATAM, alongside project management responsibilities. Prior to this role, Vanessa was a Human Resources Business Partner at Hasbro, focusing on international project management and recruitment. Previous positions include T茅cnico de Selecci贸n y RRHH at SATIS COATING SLU and Servicio Integrado de Empleo UPV, where Vanessa handled recruitment and administrative support for IT profiles and managed projects. Vanessa began their career in retail at Druni and engaged in volunteer work with Asociaci贸n Babil贸n. Vanessa holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from ESIC Business & Marketing School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Valencia.
