Alvaro J Rios Ch has extensive experience in technology and development, currently serving as a Desarrollador TPV at Grupo Necomplus since December 2018. Prior to this role, Alvaro co-founded Web Bizarro, a technology news portal, from January 2013 to January 2020, and worked as a Systems Engineer at Soluciones y Sistemas Netcom. Alvaro's professional background includes significant roles in digital consultation, systems engineering, and strategy and operations consulting, with leadership experience as a team leader and personnel manager at various companies such as Estrategas Digitales, ARRB Group, and Equilibrio Tool Box. Alvaro holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Nacional Experimental del Táchira, earned between 2004 and 2009.
