Yuka Shigesawa serves as the Senior Vice President and Corporate Chief Diversity Officer at NEC Corporation, a position held since July 2020. In addition to this role, Yuka is also the Managing Director of Technology Services at NEC and has been Senior Vice President of Managed Services. Prior to NEC, Yuka held various positions at IBM Japan Ltd., including Director and Senior Client Project Executive. Yuka's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and an Associate of Arts from Alliant International University, as well as further studies at Aoyama Gakuin University Business School.
