Yaeko Kon has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Yaeko worked as an Office Manager at NEC X Inc. from October 2018 to present. Prior to that, they served as a Business Office Manager at Malema Engineering Corp. from 2007 to 2018. In this role, Yaeko oversaw global trade shows, negotiated contracts, and analyzed the efficiency of vendors' performance. From 2003 to 2006, Yaeko worked as a Business Office Manager/Executive Assistant at SOFTBANK LIFE SCIENCE, LLC. Yaeko was responsible for coordinating events, controlling the budget, and conducting performance reviews and audits. Additionally, Yaeko worked as a Consultant and Research Translator for the "Shippai nenkan" Japanese Government project from 2001 to 2003. In this role, they played a key role in studying past disasters and drafting recommendations for future prevention and management.
