Maria Harder, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Nebraska Wesleyan University since August 2016. Prior to this role, Maria was the Director of Human Resources at Dakota State University from July 2007 to August 2016 and served as the Payroll/HR Manager at Sabre Communications from February 2001 to August 2007. Maria holds a Master of Science in Leadership with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from Grand Canyon University, completed in 2012, and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Corporate Communication from Wayne State College, earned in 1993.
