Melanie Dawkins is a licensed real estate salesperson at Nebraska Realty since September 2022, bringing a wealth of experience from previous positions at kwELITE and Red Door Realty / Manzitto Real Estate, where real estate expertise was honed from May 2017 to September 2022. Additionally, Melanie has served as CEO of Bloom Boost Media, a public relations agency focused on earning media and consulting for local businesses since September 2015. Prior to entering real estate and public relations, Melanie built a solid background in journalism, working as a news anchor and reporter for several television stations, including KOLN/KGIN-TV and KAAL-TV, from 2003 to 2015. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies from St. Cloud State University.
