Amy McMurtry is an experienced pharmacy operations leader currently serving as the Executive Director of Operations for Pharmacy Services at Nebraska Medicine since March 2019. Previously, Amy held various roles at Nebraska Medicine, including Director of Retail Pharmacy, Central Fill and Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Services, and Clinical Pharmacy Manager. Prior to this, Amy worked as a District Manager at Walgreens from January 2018 to March 2019 and as Vice President of Pharmacy Operations at Alliance Health, LLC from November 2013 to December 2017, overseeing a nationwide pharmacy network with over 30 locations and 45 pharmacists. Additional experience includes serving as Pharmacy Manager at Stonybrook Pharmacy and as a Pharmacist/MTM Coordinator at Walgreens. Amy McMurtry earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from Creighton University School of Medicine between 2005 and 2009.
