Vic Padios is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal field. Currently serving as General Counsel at Nebraska Furniture Mart since July 2017, Vic previously held the position of Assistant General Counsel at First National Bank of Omaha, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating agreements related to credit card and loan portfolio acquisitions, as well as ensuring compliance with laws governing mobile and digital payment services. Vic began the legal career as an attorney at Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP, providing expertise in intellectual property rights, after serving as a law clerk for U.S. District Court Judge Gary A. Education includes a Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Latin, Greek, and Theology from Creighton University.
