Trish Merchant is an experienced program and project manager with a strong background in information technology and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Senior Program Manager of Enterprise Architecture at Nebraska Furniture Mart since October 2022, Trish previously held the title of Information Technology Program Manager. Trish's extensive experience includes roles as Program Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska, Agile Project Manager at Luma Services, and Solution Consultant at Deliveron Consulting Services. Trish also contributed to DTN in various capacities, including Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Assurance Team Lead. Earlier experience includes a role at LeaseTeam, Inc. and a QA position at infoUSA. Trish holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Programming from Nebraska College of Business.
