Javier Omar Rios is an experienced Contracts Manager in Operations at the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services since March 2020, specializing in managing agency contracts and ensuring compliance with performance and organizational policies. Prior to this, Rios held roles at Assurity, where responsibilities included client administration and billing, and contributed as a Specialist in new business for life insurance policies. Rios also served as Director of Operations at both JGM Property Group and Good Choice Preservation, overseeing client implementation and managing vendor relationships. Earlier experience includes leadership in vendor administration and quality control at Xome, and administrative roles at Texas Department of Insurance and Texas Watch. Rios holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Sociology from Texas State University.
