Jakub Tokarski is an experienced investment professional currently working at Abris Capital Partners since June 2022, focusing on private equity investments and ESG transformations in Central Europe. In addition to this role, Jakub serves as a Board Observer for multiple companies, including WDX SA, Neauvia, ITP SA Biomedical Company, and Velvet CARE, providing strategic oversight and support in the warehouse automation, medical aesthetics, medical devices, and consumer tissue sectors, respectively. Previously, Jakub worked at PwC Polska as a Senior Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions, contributing to over 25 deals valued at more than EUR 2.5 billion. Jakub's early career included consulting at Strategy& and participation in corporate law projects as a paralegal at CMS Cameron McKenna. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance, a diploma in English and EU Law from the University of Cambridge, and a Master's degree in Law from the University of Warsaw.
