Richy Pulman is an experienced project manager currently leading the Lost Peatlands of South Wales Project at Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, where responsibilities include the design and delivery of green infrastructure projects. Previously, Richy served as Habitat Team Leader at The Wye and Usk Foundation, focusing on habitat restoration within river basins. Additional experience includes managing countryside projects at Glendale, conducting field research on cobras in Thailand, co-founding Stepping Stones in Uganda to empower women and children, and working as an accountant at Matthews & Co. Richy holds a First Class Honours Degree in Environmental Conservation from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and has a background in engineering from the Royal Air Force.
