Bill's career at Xerox Corporation spanned over a decade, with various roles including Senior Solutions Consultant, Senior Systems Consultant, and Field Service Manager, where responsibilities included solution architecture, systems integration, and team management. Bill's educational background includes continuing education in C programming and UNIX administration from Brookhaven Community College and the University of North Texas, respectively.
