Brian Peterson's work experience includes various leadership roles in the technology and business sectors. Starting in 1992, they worked as a Repository Manager at Cinergy for four years before moving on to become the Business Practice Manager at Braun Consulting from 1996 to 1999. Brian then joined Dow AgroSciences as a Manager for a year.
In 2000, Brian became the Assistant Vice President of Portal Development at Pearson Education, where they oversaw eight direct reports and over 100 resources. Brian held this position for seven years and was responsible for project management, product development, digital content conversion, and portal development.
From 2007 to 2008, Brian worked as the Director of E Business at United Health Care Individual Line of Business, overseeing eight direct reports and managing a budget of $550 thousand. Brian then joined Callaway Golf as the Director of eCommerce for two years and transitioned to Terenine as the Vice President of Application Development. At Terenine, Brian had oversight of 24 direct reports and was responsible for architecture, project management, quality assurance, and development.
In 2010, they moved to Cloudswell as the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of cloud application services. During their tenure, they had oversight of 35 direct reports and was responsible for IT architecture, quality assurance, database administration, project management, business analysis, and development.
Brian's experience also includes working as the Chief Experience Officer at TransCard in 2013, where they focused on improving the online customer experience for web, tablet, and mobile devices. Brian then joined Blueriver in 2014 as the Chief Technology Officer, where they built a team of software engineers, mobile developers, database architects, software architects, and quality assurance professionals in two locations in Mexico.
From 1984 to 1988, Brian Peterson attended Purdue University where they pursued a degree in Computer Information Systems. Brian completed their studies and graduated with a degree in CPT.
