Hugo Lezama is an IT professional with extensive experience in technology support and server management. Currently serving as an IT Support Specialist at Nearly Natural since March 2022, Hugo previously held the position of Information Technology Department Manager at The Sagamore Hotel from August 2018 to July 2020, where responsibilities included collaborating with departmental managers to assess infrastructure needs and developing maintenance policies. Prior experience as a Windows Server Administrator at Western Union from August 2016 to April 2018 involved creating and managing virtual and physical servers and implementing updates to core business applications. Hugo holds a degree in System Engineering with a focus on Windows Server Administration from Universidad Nacional de Ingenieria, obtained from 1996 to 2001.
