Bill Mettee is a seasoned title examiner with extensive experience in the title industry, currently serving as a Commercial Title Examiner at Near North Title Group since May 2022. Bill Mettee previously held the position of Executive Title Examiner at Amrock for six years, where responsibilities included researching property records and preparing title reports. As the owner of Mettee Abstracting and Recording Services, Inc. from 2007 to 2022, Bill Mettee focused on resolving land title issues and improving document recording processes in Maryland. Earlier roles included title examining and abstracting at Property Insight, Inc. and NVR Settlement Services of Maryland, where Bill Mettee coordinated title searches and documented recordings across various Maryland counties. Bill Mettee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Maryland and possesses a current Missouri Title Producer's License.
