Alex Grundhoffer is an accomplished executive in the title and escrow industry with extensive leadership experience. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Recently Acquired Branches at Near North Title Group, Alex oversees a team of over 130 individuals and a branch network across five states. Prior to this role, Alex held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Doma's Local Branches, where responsibilities included managing a branch office network generating over $70 million in annual revenue during a strategic transition for the organization. With a career beginning in 1992, Alex has held various key positions, including President of North American Title Minnesota Division and Director of Business Development, showcasing a strong expertise in operational management, business development, and real estate compliance. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Drake University, specializing in History with minors in Economics and Political Science.
