Jose De La Rosa has extensive experience in managerial roles, currently serving as Business Unit Manager at Neapco Drivelines since September 2014. Prior to this position, Jose held various leadership roles at Delphi Diesel Systems, including Business Unit Manager and Central Engineering Services Manager, from October 2008 to September 2014. Additional experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Covidien for a brief period in 2008, Plant Manager at Travel Tags/Taylor Corporation from August 2006 to February 2008, and Plant Manager at Alcoa CSI from February 2001 to July 2005. Jose holds an MBA in Behavioral Science from the School for Innovative Leadership (1999-2001) and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Saltillo (1977-1981).
