Donna Toye is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in demand planning and logistics. Currently serving as the Operations Account Manager for Neal's Yard Remedies since September 2014, Donna oversees the UK Home and Ecommerce operations, managing an 18-month rolling forecast across four countries and reporting on forecast accuracy. Previous roles include Consultant Services Coordinator and Tour Planner at Worldstrides International Discovery, Office Manager at Morley Green Transport, and Import Export Coordinator at Palladio Stone Ltd, where responsibilities spanned from organizing international shipments to liaising with customers and suppliers for natural stone projects. Donna's career began as Retail Stock Controller at Materialise, managing pricing and stock across multiple retail outlets.
