Tamera Leonardi is an experienced manager with a strong background in customer service and business analysis. Currently serving as the Manager of Global Customer Service at NDS Surgical Imaging since January 2020, Tamera leads a team of four, organizing workflows and ensuring compliance with state regulations. Prior to this role, Tamera worked as an Oracle Business Analyst at Novanta Inc., where responsibilities included global business process design and Master Data Management support. Tamera's extensive experience at NDS Surgical Imaging as a Customer Service Manager and at ADP as a Client Service Manager has allowed for the development of exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and staff.
