Tamsin O'Luanaigh is the current Chief People Officer at nDreams. Tamsin has held this position for 17 years. Prior to that, they worked at IBM Global Services for 7 years and 8 months, where they held various positions, including Region & EMEA Management System Co-ordinator, Region Resource Centre Operations Team Leader, Region Resource Management, Helpdesk Transition PM, Helpdesk Group Leader (multiple contracts & 24/7), Helpdesk Team Leader, and Helpdesk & Network Services.

Tamsin O'Luanaigh attended the University of Reading from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a BSc in Human Geography.
