Paul Sando has had a varied and successful career in the technology industry. In 2014, they began their career as an IT Technician at Intelligent Technical Solutions, where they provided direct support to end users and worked with a variety of technologies. Paul then moved up to Technical Team Lead and IT Operations Manager, where they were responsible for customer service and support, and spearheading the creation of a Proactive Service team. In 2019, they began working at AIS-NOW as the Director of Managed IT Services, leading a team of partners, security specialists, technical engineers and vendors. Paul also worked as a Brand Ambassador for Valuable Business Conversations, Advisory Council Member for LuvSeats, Author for The Unmailed Letters Project, Blogger for I Just Want To Be Okay, and Information Technology Consultant for Sando Consulting. In 2022, they will take on the role of Relationship Coach.

Paul Sando's education history includes an A.S.B. in Computer Science from Tri-State Business Institute, obtained in 2001.
