Michael Brown has a long and varied work experience. Michael began their career in 2004 as a freelance writer and a reporter/columnist for The Republican Journal. In 2006, they became a Research Assistant at Northeastern University. In 2008, they joined OnForce as a Writer/Marketing Communications Manager. In 2009, they moved to uTest as a Content Marketing Manager, eventually becoming the Sr. Content Marketing Manager. In 2013, they founded nDash Marketing, a company they grew to 10 full-time employees in 2016. In 2016, they pivoted the business to a SaaS platform, now known as nDash, where they serve as the CEO and Founder.

Michael Brown received a Master of Arts in Political Science from Northeastern University in 2007 and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, English, and Business from Castleton University in 2004.
