Shaun Russell has extensive experience in the engineering and fabrication industries, currently serving as General Manager at TÄ«ra since January 2008, where Shaun has also held roles as Operations Manager and Workshop Manager. Prior to TÄ«ra, Shaun worked at Crown Sheetmetal LTD in various capacities, including Workshop Team Leader and Assistant Team Leader, and began the career as a Stainless Steel Fabricator at Truform Stainless LTD. Shaun's professional journey started with an apprenticeship at Cuddon from January 2004 to December 2007. Educational qualifications include a National Engineering Certificate in Heavy Fabrication from Competenz, obtained between June 2004 and November 2007, and a secondary education from Queen Charlotte College in Picton, New Zealand, completed in December 2003.
