Jonathan Banks has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jonathan started their career in 2000 as the Founder and Consultant at IQue Incorporated, where they worked until 2006. Following this, they joined Allina Hospitals & Clinics as an Epic Consultant for a year. In 2007, they worked as an Information Technology Lead at Meggit Training Systems - Minneapolis for a year. From 2008 to 2011, Jonathan served as the Information Technology Lead at GovDelivery. In 2011, they joined McKinley Consulting as a Consultant for Thomson Reuters for a brief period of four months. Jonathan then moved to the Federal Reserve System, where they worked as a Senior IT Business Consultant from 2011 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of President at NCXT, starting from 2018.
Jonathan Banks has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Technical and Scientific Communication from the University of Minnesota, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Communication, Philosophy, and General Studies at Normandale Community College from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they attended TechSkills in 2008-2009 for Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer training and Minneapolis College in 2001-2002, where they studied Principles of Advertising, Small Business Management, and Human Resource Management. Jonathan'shigh school education was completed at Washburn High School from 1998 to 2002. Jonathan has also obtained various certifications, including ESG Risks and Opportunities from Wharton Online, ACE Leadership Program from the Minnesota Technology Association, Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace from ESSEC Business School, Venture Deals Spring 2020 from Techstars, and an Organization Development Certificate from the University of Minnesota.
