Megan Carr is currently employed as an NCW Recruiter at NCW since June 2023. Previously, Megan served in various roles at Butler Community Arts School from June 2022 to May 2023, including assisting in event planning for the El Sistema USA 2023 National Symposium, leading dance classes for children aged 7-10, and working as an office administration intern. Megan holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts Administration from Butler University, where involvement included serving as the Fundraising Chair for the dance team and participating in the Team Bonding Committee. Additional experience includes roles as a dance instructor at Brownsburg Ballroom, a marketing intern at Butler Arts and Events Center, and a sales associate at Sun Tan City, where consistent achievement in sales goals was noted. Megan graduated with an Honor's Diploma from Brownsburg High School in June 2019.
