Saima Mohammed Assoc CIPD currently serves as the People and Inclusion Operations Lead at NCT Charity, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Saima was a Human Resources Advisor at Young Lives vs Cancer from November 2022 to June 2023. Saima's extensive HR experience includes senior and advisory roles at the British Horse Society from 2016 to 2022, a Human Resource Officer position at Scholastic from 2011 to 2016, HR Assistant & Training Coordinator at Regis Corporation in 2010-2011, and Human Resources Office Administrator at House of Fraser from 2008 to 2010. Saima holds a BA Hons in Human Resource Management and is CIPD qualified from the University of South Wales.
